Produce week 46
Dear all,
Autumn is in full swing, and the fields are bursting with colour and flavour. It’s the time of year for hearty roots, crisp cabbages, and the last tender greens - perfect for warming meals as the days grow shorter.
We’re harvesting plenty from our own fields and bringing in fresh produce from our carefully selected Danish suppliers, as well as from our suppliers further south in Europe.
Here’s what’s fresh and available this week.
Produce
From our own fields, we have red and white cabbage, celeriac with tops, celery, shallots, fennel blossoms, zapfito squash, purple pointed cabbage, beets, parsley, coriander, and green kale.
Our potato varieties are Alouette, Glorietta, and Elfe, and we also have sweet Conference pears.
We have fresh Mariagertoba flour available in 2 kg and 5 kg bags.
From Brogaard, we have orange and purple carrots, parsley root, and parsnips, as well as garlic from Hvidløg & Vin.
From Danish farms, we’re bringing in hokkaido pumpkins, leeks, savoy cabbage, and pointed cabbage.
This week’s Danish apples are Belle de Boskop, Pirouette, and Holsteiner Cox.
From abroad, we have cauliflower from France; from Italy, fennel, Navelina oranges, lemons, and Bergamotte; and from Spain, Pimientos de Padrón, mini romaine lettuce, bell peppers, chili, sweet potatoes, and red grapefruit. Scorzonera comes from the Netherlands.

Beef cuts are back in stock!
We also have duck and goose from Sejerø.
Eggs
A reminder: we will not have eggs before December.
